An authorized representative age 18 or over must be present for all appointments. Pets must be secured while technicians are in your home. Payment can be made by either cash or check. A receipt will be given for monies received. There's a $35 Dishonored check fee. The customer agrees to pay any and all litigation expenses incurred by us to secure payment.
